Two twenty-something Europeans looking for an open-minded and sociable student to take over a spare single bedroom in our cozy city center flat. It is located right next to Wellgate shopping centre, with a Tesco Metro, McManus galleries and a central bus station just around the corner and a Dundee University just 10 mins away on foot (Abertay - 5 mins). It's a 3rd floor three bedroom flat with a shared kitchen and one shared bathroom, there is also a little storage room. The bedroom comes with a double bed, wardrobe, large mirror, desk and shelf - all can be seen in pictures. Kitchen: Fridge/Freezer,washing machine, ceramic cooking surface, microwave oven and a conventional oven. You can use any of our cooking utensils, no need to bring anything of your own. Electric and internet bills (unlimited Sky) as well as all the toiletries are all included in the monthly price (!) Since we cannot offer a contract and it is our responsibility to keep the flat clean, it is essential that rent is paid on time. We will also ask for a deposit of £250 and a first month's rent in advance. Unfortunately the flat is non-smoking and pet free.
